"I just want to let you know I'm calling about the sewer treatment plant that they want to build near Elgin, that they want to dump Killen's sewer water into Bluewater Creek, where people swim, boat and fish. And the people on Bluewater and the people that use it do not like it, and we're going to try to stop it in any way we can."
