The Grammy Award-winning duo, The Civil Wars, has cancelled its tour plans for 2013, including dates in Australia and New Zealand.
At this time there is no rescheduling under considering, according to a statement sent to promoters by the band's publicist, Asha Goodman.
The band includes singer/songwriter/guitarist John Paul White, of Florence, and singer Joy Williams, of Nashville.
"The Civil Wars have cancelled the remainder of their 2012 European tour dates after concluding their show at the Camden Roundhouse in London next week on 6th Nov.," read a statement from the band's label and management firm, Sensibility Music. "The band is extremely regretful and their reasons are personal. There is no more information at this time."
The band also cancelled five January tour dates in Florida.
