TUSCUMBIA — Colbert County Commissioners will address employee raises at today’s meeting.
Commission Chairman Jimmy Gardiner said three different options will be brought to the commission, including 2.5 and 3 percent raises, and a one-time $600 payment.
Because the commission waited until after the fiscal 2013 budget was approved, any raises will not affect the pay of elected officials.
Gardiner said he anticipates the commission will vote on the raises.
The commission meets at 5 p.m. at the courthouse in the first floor meeting room.
