  • Matthew Holt, 38, 500 Lauderdale 45, Waterloo; unlawful possession of a controlled substance and second-degree possession of marijuana.

Lawrence County (Tenn.) sheriff

  • Victoria Biggs, 52, 602A Fourth St., Lawrenceburg, Tenn.; sale of narcotics.

  • Kyle Davis, 32, 8216 Wayland Springs Road, Iron City, Tenn.; process to manufacture methamphetamine, promotion on methamphetamine manufacture, possession of drugs for resale, felon in possession of a firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Colbert County sheriff

  • Sean Glover, 32, 509A St. Louis Ave., Sheffield; first-degree possession of marijuana.

  • Brenaan Nichols, 22, 1100 Joe Wheeler Drive, Tuscumbia; second-degree promoting prison contraband.

  • Billy Jerome Henderson, 40, Jasper; violation of community notification act of registering as a sex offender.

  • Kevin Lashawn Garrett, 31, 1920 Second St., Lot D2, Muscle Shoals; two counts of second-degree promoting prison contraband.

Florence police

Burglaries

  • A 9 mm pistol, $200 in change and a military backpack were taken from a residence on Chisholm Road.

  • An iPad, two laptops, television, two DVD players, checks and four credit cards were taken from a residence in the 1700 block of Beckman Drive.

Thefts

  • Shoes were taken from a business in the 300 block Cox Creek Parkway.

  • Car parts were taken from a residence in the 4200 block of Huntsville Road.

  • Prescription drugs were taken from a residence in the 100 block of Woodland Road.

  • Parts were taken from an air conditioning system at a residence in the 100 block of East Duncan Avenue.

  • Clothing was taken from a business in the 300 block of Cox Creek Parkway.

  • A license plate was taken from a 1999 blue Ford Ranger parked in the 200 block of Seville Street.

  • Clothing, two suitcases, an antique dining room table, tools and kitchen utensils were taken from a residence in the 2000 block of Hough Road.

Criminal mischief

  • A 2013 white Chevrolet Cruze was damaged while parked in the 300 block of Cox Creek Parkway.

  • A 2011 silver Nissan Altima was damaged while parked in the 100 block of North Richards Street.

  • A business was damaged in the 3800 block of Florence Boulevard.

  • A residence was damaged in the 600 block of Campbell Street.

Breaking and entering

  • A 2008 white Ford Explorer parked in the 200 block of Robin Hood Drive was broken into, but nothing was reported taken.

  • Prescription pills, reading glasses, music CDs and $500 were taken from a 2002 green Oldsmoblie Aurora parked in the 200 block of North Court Street.

Thefts

  • Two rifles and rifle parts were taken from a residence in the 3400 block of Stevenson Pass, Florence.

  • A television and a computer game system were taken from a residence on Lauderdale 47, Florence.

  • A bicycle was taken from a residence in the 100 block of Ruby Richardson Drive, Killen.

  • Three drills and three chargers were taken from a residence in the 300 block of Congress Street.

  • Five air conditioning units, a storm door and a freezer were taken from a residence in the 200 block of Lauderdale 16, Florence.

Breaking and entering

  • A car stereo was taken from a vehicle parked in the 8200 block of Lauderdale 6, Florence.

Burglaries

  • A television was taken from a residence in the 8300 block of Lauderdale 61, Florence.

Colbert County sheriff

Theft

  • Six truck batteries were taken from a residence on Frankford Road, Tuscumbia.
