Lions soccer team retains No. 14 ranking

FLORENCE -- The University of North Alabama women's soccer team retained its No. 14 national ranking and No. 2 South Region rating in the latest National Soccer Coaches Association of America NCAA Division II polls.

UNA moved up to No. 14 a week ago for the highest ranking in school history and added a win over Union prior to the latest ranking.

North Alabama is now 8-2-1 overall heading into a Friday night match at Columbus State.
