The wind ruffles the feathers of a red-tailed hawk as it sits on a pipe on the roof of the Rogers building in downtown Florence. The red-tailed hawk is one of the most common hawks in North America and can usually be seen sitting on power lines eyes down watching for lunch to scamper by.
