One injured in crash

FLORENCE — A teenager was injured in a two-car accident Tuesday afternoon, officials said.

State troopers said Anna Dillard, 18, Florence, was flown to Huntsville Hospital for treatment. Emergency personnel said her injuries were not life-threatening.

Huntsville Hospitals officials said they do not have a record of Dillard being at the facility today.

Troopers said Dillard was driving a 1991 Ford F-150 truck that was hit in the back by a 2011 Chevrolet van driven by Nicholas Killian, 30, of Muscle Shoals. He was not injured, based on reports.

The accident happened just after 4 p.m. on Alabama 20, near the Karen Drive intersection north of Florence.
