Real estate developer to meet with Muscle Shoals council

MUSCLE SHOALS — Real estate broker Greg Pounders is scheduled to talk to the Muscle Shoals City Council tonight about possible incentives for property he owns.

Pounders, of Pounders and Associates, a commercial real estate firm based in Florence, is expected to discuss incentives similar to those the city approved for the development of the Zaxby's location.

Pounders will speak to the council during their work session which will begin at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.
