Support our president

Well it’s over; all the vitriol and mudslinging. I have no idea who won. I just returned home after voting. Whoever won he is my president and I will support him: not to say I won’t criticize him no matter who he is.

Now let us work together, forget your party and work for your country. If your opponent won, support him if he is right, oppose him if he is wrong. If your man won, criticize him if he is wrong.

I have never met a candidate I agreed with 100 percent. If you didn’t vote, keep your mouth shut. I spent 20 years defending our right to vote. I consider it not only an honor, but a duty.

There are far too many places where people don’t have that right.
