Wilson Dam closed until Friday
Staff reports

Wilson Dam will be close to vehicular traffic until 9 a.m. Friday.

The Tennessee Valley Authority said the dam spanning the Tennessee River is closed for routine maintenance. There is also a risk of overnight icing on the roadway because of low temperatures and open spillways, TVA spokesman Chris Stanley said.
