And, $600,000 renovation in a building that’s not even theirs is a waste of money. Cancelling after-school care for at-risk kids is wrong. Giving the superintendent a giant raise when the teachers have to ask parents to bring Kleenex and other items of necessity is wrong. Somebody needs to look into that deeper.”

“I would like to express my appreciation to a gentleman whose name I do not know, but who came to my rescue recently when I was walking on Oak Hill Avenue in Sheffield. When I reached 400 block I was confronted with two snarling dogs who I believed would have bitten me if this gentleman had not heard them and come out to distract them. He told me they belong to a house on the street and frequently get out.”
